CERTIFIED TRUE COPIES
There are many instances in which you may need to provide photocopies of original Government-issued documents (for example Passport, Birth Certificate, Drivers License ). Therefore you would require a Certified Copy.
A certified True is a copy that has been carefully compared to the original document and verified by a Notary Public. You must bring the original document and copy to the Notary for close examination and comparison. Once deemed a True copy the Notary will sign, date, and stamp the document as verified and certified.

STATUTORY DECLARATIONS
Statutory declarations are statements of facts written down and attested to by the declarant before individuals who are authorized to administer oaths.
They are normally used outside of court settings, for example, in a statutory declaration there is usually some specific item or contents or statements the individual is required to solemnly swear. This is not the same as an Affidavit.
A statutory declaration must take place before a Notary Public.
